All new Moonraker Telescopes come with a 2 year warranty
Against any mechanical defects.
This covers all parts and labour should a defect occur in the OTA .
Applicable to the original purchaser.
Owner responsible for P&P charges.

Now the exclusions.
Aspects not covered by the warranty.
1.If the lens/lens cell is removed and damaged as a result.
2. If the tube gets dropped/dented or otherwise damaged.
3. Misalignment of lens/lens damage, damaged focuser and or baffles as a result of (2) above.
4. Any modifications to the OTA without prior approval.
All Moonraker telescopes are handmade and therefore unique. All parts machined in the UK are bespoke to that scope and no other. These Telescopes are all hand polished and then sealed, not lacquered, to ensure the finish is resilient to the elements. This has been mentioned as, by the very nature of each one being a handmade precision optical instrument, minor imperfections may result and should be considered an intrinsic part of the telescope.
A 20% non refundable deposit is payable upon initial order. Actionable should client cancel the order when work has commenced.
During creation and assembly and prior to shipping you will receive photo updates of your telescope to ensure you are happy with the design and finish. It’s also fun to be kept in the loop and see your new Moonraker start as tubes of raw unturned/machined Aluminium and emerge ready for.............. 1st Light!
